Session 39 – Organ Donation

You will be asked if you wish to register as an organ, tissue and eye donor when you apply for or renew your Identification (ID) card, instruction permit or driver license. Upon death, donors help save and improve lives through transplantation, therapy, research or education. If you are 18 or older, checking the box indicates your legal consent for donation. Check the box to include your name in the donor registry every time you update your driver record. Please share your decision with your family. You can also register online at www.DonorRegistry.Wisconsin.gov.
