Troubleshooting

I cannot move on to the next Session/Quiz

Students are allowed to take 2 lessons per day. If you have not taken 2 lessons and still are not allowed to move on, or if your quiz is freezing during the submission process please try the steps below:

  • Clear Browser Cache
  • Make sure you do not have any extra web tabs open
  • Log out and log back in
  • Try submitting the quiz in an incognito/private web browser

My password reset link was invalid or not working

In some cases the browser caching can effect the way the server sends password reset links. Please try the steps below:

The "Start Quiz" button disappeared

Why is my account disabled?

If you fail a quiz twice, you will be locked out of the system until you and your parent have had contact with our Instructor.  Please email [email protected] to have your account unlocked.
